Since March 2019, ForInter has been investigating basic biological and stem cell biological questions about structural and dynamic interactions in the human brain. One of the methods available to ForInter researchers is “single-cell RNA sequencing”. This achievement provides science with an important insight into the complexity of biological systems. In view of this, ForInter invites scientists and partners of the network to a two-day seminar on January 27 and 29, 2020. Basic knowledge and techniques for scientific programming in Python and for the further processing of bioinformatic data from single-cell sequencing will be taught.
Further information about the research network can be found at: ForInter BayFOR or in this press release
